OVERVIEW
Welcome to LW Training Academy Ltd. By booking a course with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Booking Your Course
Your place on a course is only confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received.
By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. Payments
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking unless otherwise stated.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before your course date.
Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in your booking being cancelled.
3. Course Attendance
Students must arrive on time for their course.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to continue your training and this may be treated as a non-attendance.
4. E-Learning
Where applicable, e-learning must be completed before attending practical training.
Failure to complete the required theory before your practical session may result in your training being postponed.
5. Models
Unless otherwise stated, students are responsible for arranging suitable models for practical training.
LW Training Academy will always try to assist where possible but cannot guarantee model availability.
Failure to provide suitable models may affect your ability to complete practical elements of the course.
6. Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for:
- Completing any required pre-course learning.
- Following all health and safety guidance.
- Treating trainers, staff, fellow students and models with respect.
- Ensuring they hold appropriate insurance before treating paying clients where applicable.
7. Certificates
Certificates will only be issued once all course requirements have been successfully completed, including any required case studies where applicable.
8. Academy Responsibilities
LW Training Academy will provide professional training, practical guidance and ongoing support in accordance with the course purchased.
9. Changes to Courses
LW Training Academy reserves the right to change course dates, trainers or venues where necessary.
Where significant changes are required, students will be offered an alternative date or a refund where appropriate.
10. Liability
LW Training Academy accepts no responsibility for personal belongings brought to the Academy.
We are not responsible for travel costs, accommodation, loss of earnings or any other indirect costs arising from attendance or cancellation of a course.
11. Changes to These Terms
LW Training Academy may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
